For the first step and Gwyneth’s favorite, start with a tall wooden plank. Crouch on one knee, then put aside your foot and kick the other leg to the other side of the other leg. Repeat 30 times on each side.
For Victoria Beckham’s favorite move, from the desktop location. Kneel on one knee, then raise donkey kick. Next, use your arm to open and lift up, lifting the raised leg with arabesques.
Next is Lena Dunham’s favorite trick. Tie the weight of one ankle to one of the ankles. Start with a knee on the ground, with both hands in prone position. Your other leg, with its weight, should be bent out of the leg, feet on the ground. Put your arm in a push-up, then raise and swing your weight-bearing leg to the other side and raise the same arm. Do 30 times on each side.
