Your body is like the tin man in the wizard of oz. Like tian wen, you can take some steps to relieve natural pain.
To keep your body moving, you need good nutrition, lubrication and soft joints.
Due to osteoarthritis (OA) is by far the most common joint disease, so it’s best to begin with healthy bone arthritis diet, including good oil (like tin to prevent rust), plus regular moderate exercise.
Here are some of the main symptoms of osteoarthritis, which usually start slowly:
? pain – initially, mild joint pain may occur during or after exercise. Over time, this may get worse, until rest is painful.
? raster – when you move, you may hear the crack of crack, or you may notice the abrasion or friction of the grating.
? stiffness – joint stiffness is one of the most common symptoms. It usually occurs after waking up or not moving in the morning.
These osteoarthritis symptoms may be almost nonobvious at the beginning.
But this is the most interesting thing about OA symptoms. Some X-ray films with osteoarthritis have no symptoms at all!
The osteoarthritis diet and lifestyle relieves pain
OA is the result of cartilage wear in the weight-bearing joint, mainly knee, hip and spine. Cartilage cushions bones at the joints so they can be easily moved and won’t wear out.
Fortunately, there are some things that can help prevent the progress of osteoarthritis and reduce the natural pain relief of OA inflammation:
Eat a osteoarthritis diet. Eating healthy food and eliminating unhealthy foods are critical to OA’s prevention and natural pain relief. What is particularly important is the nutrients and oily food:
Salmon, tuna, herring, sardines and other cold-water fish,
Organically grown vegetables and fruits,
Onion garlic and onion vegetables,
Nuts, beans and seeds,
Whole grains.

Get regular exercise. Physical activity is also important for blood flow, muscle strength and flexibility. But don’t overdo it. Walking, yoga, cycling and swimming are all good low-impact exercises.
Achieve and maintain an ideal weight. Being overweight can put extra stress on your joints and bones. Studies have shown that overweight men and women have four to five times more risk of osteoarthritis than men and women of normal weight.
Try neuromuscular massage and acupuncture. Studies have shown that acupuncture can relieve pain and improve flexibility in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. Message therapy increases blood flow and helps reduce tense muscles and fascia, which can interfere with alignment.
5. Including the supplement of OA prevention. Taking a full spectrum multivitamin supplement helps ensure that you get all the necessary nutrients. The following additional supplements help reduce the pain, stiffness and swelling of osteoarthritis.
Fish oil is used to lubricate and reduce inflammation,
