Rheumatoid arthritis symptoms usually start gradually and can come and go.
However, whatever the symptoms of rheumatoid or what part of the body they affect, all the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) involve joints. RA causes joint swelling, joint pain and joint stiffness.
For people with symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, even a temporary lack of exercise can cause joint stiffness.
Rheumatoid symptoms and joint inflammation
The joint is where your two bones are together. Inflammation of the joints (swelling) causes most rheumatoid arthritis symptoms.
The X-ray of the joint usually shows soft tissue swelling, cartilage erosion and narrowing of the joint space.
The earliest symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis tend to be inflammation of the facet joints. It is almost always in the hands and wrists. But it can also include the joints of your feet and ankles.
Although rheumatoid arthritis symptoms usually do not affect fingertips (such as osteoarthritis), the ends of the fingers are often painful.
The following is how arthritis causes rheumatoid arthritis symptoms:
A joint expansion. Accumulation of fluid in each joint area results in edema.
Feel very warm. The skin around the joints feels warm.
The area is red. The skin looks redder or pinkier than the adjacent skin.
Joint stiffness. Limited range of exercise, exercise difficulties.
It feels painful to make the joint inflamed soft and sensitive.
Prolonged inflammation caused by symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis can lead to extensive damage, leading to more and more pain.
Other rheumatoid arthritis symptoms
If the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis progress, the painful joint inflammation can affect elbows, shoulders, knees, buttocks, spine, chin, and neck. Rheumatoid symptoms can even occur in tiny inner ear joints.
Rheumatoid arthritis symptoms can also be manifested as:
Rheumatoid arthritis nodules are bumps in the hard pea size under the skin. They are caused by small blood vessel inflammation, usually on the arm near the elbows, but can occur anywhere.
Only about 20% of patients with rheumatoid symptoms have nodules.
RA can also cause inflammation around the heart and lungs. Even without obvious rheumatoid symptoms can cause other problems, such as shortness of breath, blocked arteries and even heart attacks.
Natural rheumatic pain relief
Rheumatoid arthritis symptoms vary in severity. Attack can be alleviated, rheumatoid symptoms almost disappear.
